What's free vs paid?
Free: Should I investigate this location? — recommendation, named competitors and distances, score, confidence, and key risks. A$29: Does the commercial model work under my inputs? — modelled revenue, profit, rent burden, break-even, and scenarios, when those figures exist.
Do credits expire?
No. Report credits have no expiry date. Buy a 3-pack or 10-pack and use them whenever you're ready — across any Australian address.
What is your refund policy?
You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not generated any reports from that purchase. If a generated report is clearly broken (blank, failed address, or obvious technical error), contact us within 14 days for a free re-run, credit, or refund review. We do not refund because you disagree with the recommendation. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not excluded — see the Refund Policy.
